You don’t have to have lots of qualifications and be any sort of specialist to be inclusive, you will already be coming across lots of children and people in your lives in general who have different needs, without realising it you adjust in accordance with who you are with. Having an open mind, a kind heart, and the determination to find a way to include everybody is a really useful start!
